Built because conventional methods were not enough

From frustration to a manufactured system

After completing two large multifamily condo repipe projects using conventional methods, it was clear the industry needed a faster, cleaner, less disruptive approach. The work got done, but the process felt outdated.

That frustration sparked an idea. The concept was developed from real-world experience, brought to life with 3D modeling, then taken directly to manufacturing to create the first-generation extrusion dies.

The result is Plumbing Track: a modern repiping system designed to reduce disruption, speed up installs, and deliver consistent, high-quality results in occupied buildings.

Step 01

Start in occupied homes

Work begins in furnished, lived-in units. The goal is a complete repipe without turning the home into a construction shell.

Step 02

Plan the route around the building

Corners, columns, offsets, and fixed features shape the path. The system adapts to the architecture instead of cutting through it.

Step 03

Install beneath the intact ceiling

The track mounts below the existing ceiling finish. Textured ceilings stay continuous: no open-up, no rematch.

Step 04

Work around what stays

Cabinets, walls, and finishes remain in place. The route threads constrained spaces without a gut renovation.

Step 05

Integrate with the room

Finished track lines up with crown and wall planes so the enclosure reads as intentional trim, not improvised cover.

Step 06

Continue through every room

One planned route carries through kitchens, bathrooms, and corridors as a continuous system, not a patchwork of rooms.

Step 07

Leave access for the future

Flush access panels keep service possible later without cutting finished walls open again.

Step 08

Hand over a painted finish

Assessment through final finishes closes as a permanent, future-ready install that belongs in the building.
